Tilda Maison – Shipping and Delivery Information
Tilda Maison works with local couriers such as DHL and Post to ensure your products are delivered directly to your home or to your local postal service.
Your payment will be charged at the time of ordering. All payments must be verified and authorized before shipment. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring further review may be delayed or canceled.
Delivery
We begin processing your order immediately, so unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once it has been placed—including changes to the shipping address. Orders will only be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You will only be charged for the items shipped, plus any applicable delivery and tax fees.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please note that we only deliver on working days—no deliveries are made on Saturdays or public holidays.
We typically process orders within 1–3 working days, although some items may require longer—especially during peak periods or if your order includes high-demand products. Orders are shipped once inventory is confirmed.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days depending on the production partner's location.
Shipping Timeframes
After your payment has been confirmed, your order will usually ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days.
Note: The timelines mentioned above are estimates based on business days. While we strive for timely delivery, Tilda Maison is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as postal/customs processing, public holidays, extreme weather, labor strikes, or other disruptions—which may extend the delivery time beyond the estimate.
The estimated delivery time has passed—where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur during shipping. You can check your order status using the tracking number provided via email.
